Hospitality and communications | A closer look at a 2026 project.
The Grand Hôtel Billia, part of Saint-Vincent Resort & Casino, introduced a new corporate film in 2026 under the title Where History Continues with You. The operator’s project announcement presents it as the centre of a broader communications programme spanning media campaigns, social content, the website, newsletters and other materials. The objective is a consistent public identity.
The historical starting point is substantial. The hotel’s own profile dates its hospitality story to 1908. The casino’s history adds a later milestone: it began operations inside the Grand Hotel Billia on 29 April 1947. Today, the operator describes the casino as directly connected to the hotel complex. The relationship between hotel and casino has therefore developed through an existing hospitality institution, giving the film a setting with more than one commercial chapter. The hotel’s opening preceded the casino’s arrival by nearly four decades.
Giving the production its credits
Davide Bongiovanni directed the film and co-wrote its concept with Sara Orlandini. It credits Daisy Mancini and Francesco Berguerand as performers, and Raffaele (Neda) D’Anello for music and sound design. These credits identify the distinct visual, performance and audio responsibilities behind the finished film.
The hotel says the campaign brings its Belle Époque architectural identity into a contemporary narrative. The past supplies recognisable details, while present-day guests need to relate them to their visit. A coordinated film and related materials can give those details a repeated context rather than leaving them as isolated historical references.
History already appears in the building’s language
One small example is the hotel’s 1908 dining room, whose name explicitly recalls the opening year. It shows how a date can become part of everyday hospitality vocabulary, appearing in a space people use rather than only in a historical timeline. For a heritage property, that makes historical storytelling part of ordinary wayfinding and service. The film extends that naming logic into a larger story about continuity and participation.
The announcement establishes a creative strategy and credits, but supplies no audience or booking-impact results. It documents a decision to organise the hotel’s identity around its heritage. The Saint Vincent Resort & Casino directory record identifies the physical property behind the campaign.
